Why New Construction Is the Right Time
Running Cat6a wiring during framing costs a fraction of what retrofit installation requires. Access point locations get planned architecturally, equipment rooms get designed for networking infrastructure, and finished spaces never get touched. Retrofitting a large home with proper networking is still achievable, but it requires professional assessment and creative solutions that inevitably cost more and deliver less than construction-phase installation.
